Theme for outbound is MOTIVATION
On 11'May 2013 me n my Office Friend's had to outbound at Kemuning, Tawangmangu, because my office birthday. My office is futures brokerage firm and have many branch in Indonesia.
Start on saturday morning, 07.00 O'clock. I have to gather in the office. We ride a bus from Office Central of Java. From my office, used 2 bus. But reality, few person ride to outbound location (Kemuning) by car. It's okay, that's not reduce the hoopla event :D
Start from office approximately at 07.00 AM and we arrived at Kemuning 09.00 AM.
And than for START OPENING we treated pure tea, drink green beans and bread. So yummiii ^_^
After that...Ready To Gooo outbound event......:D
First time, we have GAME OPENING
Operator explained with hand gestures and we are required to mimic the hand movements. Simple but it can not be easily done. Having done many times finally it could be .. Hurray \(^o^)/
And than 2nd game, we have to choose,outbound operator choice between answer A and B .... if we choose A we had to be left side and we choose answer B, we had to right side. For example, If you wanna salary...please on the right side, and if u choose commision, u had to left side. It turns out, that choosing much more than the commission chose salary. Reasonable given that our office is mostly marketing than staf. My boz just shaking his head :D (that marketing work to commision and staf working to salary, natural law) hehehe.
Many game's we did it, and the last game is...FLYING FOX..wow :))) I'm very love it. That's my first time try to flying fox. I put on a hook, and walked towards a building rate for flying fox. I high up the ladder and an officer put a hook on the ropes. Heart-pounding moment, then there is a pleasant sensation..YAY...cihuuuy...I Slid.....very very spectacular.....b(^o^)d
After that all game, we singing happy birthday together, cut cone, light a candle. Take a picture (not forget :D) and after that we're on the bus..ready back to my Office again.
Traveling from Kemuning Outbound to my office takes a long time, because not specially tourism bus that we were on, but the general route bus in ordered by our office, then on the way back to walk through a specially bus (not urban roads). Though the road to further. From kemuning at 06.00 PM until my office again at 09.30 PM. Fieuuh...long time....but but it did not dampen our fun at that day.

Ras Kucing Javanese
Ternyata kucing juga mempunyai ras-ras seperti manusia juga ya. Kali ini akan dibahas mengenai Ras kucing Javanese, kusus javanese saja :))) karena banyak dijumpai kucing dengan ras ini.
Istilah Balinese dan Javanese mempunyai arti yang berbeda. Nama ras Balinese dan Javanese terinspirasi dari gerakan penari jawa dan bali yang lemah gemulai dan lembut-elegan. Di Eropa, istilah Javanese dan balinese sama-sama merujuk ke kucing ras bertipe oriental dan berwarna solid. Lain halnya dengan klub kucing di Amerika. Balinese dan javanese mempunyai arti yang berbeda.
Pada dasarnya kucing balinese dan javanese adalah kucing dengan tipe badan oriental dan sama-sama mempunyai bulu panjang. Kedua ras ini mempunyai tipe badan dan sifat yang sama dengan kucing siam. Yang membedakannya dari kucing siam adalah panjang bulunya.
Javanese dan balinese berasal dari kucing siam dan sama sama mempunyai pola warna point (color point). Perbedaan utama javanese dan balinese adalah warna color pointnya.
Beberapa klub kucing seperti TICA, menggolongkan javanese dan balinese ke dalam satu ras yang sama yaitu balinese. CFA membedakan balinese dan javanese dari warna color pointnya. Kucing dengan warna point tradisional (solid) yaitu seal point, blue point, chocolate point dan lilac point digolongkan sebagai Balinese. Sedangkan Javanese adalah mempunyai warna point yang non tradisional (non solid) seperti lynx point, tortoishell point, red point, cream point, dll.
Karakteristik Javanese
Kepala berbentuk seperti segitiga dengan telinga lebar dan berdiri tegak. Mata berwarna biru, lebih gelap lebih bagus. Tulang hidung lurus hingga ke daerah dahi tanpa ada celah di daerah mata seperti pada kucing persia.
Seperti juga balinese dan siam, Javanese mempunyai kaki yang langsing dan panjang dengan telapak kaki berukuran kecil.
Javanese mempunyai bulu lebh panjang bila dibandingkan dengan kucing siam. Tetapi bulunya tidak sepanjang kucing persia atau maine coon. Bulu di derah badan mempunyai tekstur lembut seperti sutra. Bulu didaerah ekor lebih panjang sekitar 2-3 inci.
Temperamen
Seperti juga siam dan balinese, javanese adalah kucing yang aktif. Mereka sangat suka mengikuti pemiliknya kemanapun ia pergi. Kucing-kucing ini memerlukan banyak perhatian dan interaksi seperti bermain dengan pemiliknya.
Selain sifatnya yang selalu ingin tahu dan tidak mengenal rasa takut, kucing-kucing ini juga sangat menyukai tempat-tempat tinggi. Bila tidak disediakan tempat khusus, mereka akan menemukan sendiri tempat tersebut.
Sebagian besar Javanese mempunyai karakter spesifik sesuai dengan pola warna tertentu. Warna tortie point senang “bercakap-cakap” dengan pemiliknya dan dapat menghibur anda dengan kejenakaannya. Red & Cream point sangat setia kepada pemiliknya. Lynx point campuran antara harga diri tinggi, kreatif dan menghibur.

Ouch My mobile phone is Lost!!!
Start from 02 July 2012...at the morning =_='
Well that morning is very crowded. I ran to catch the train to oslo central of java from zo6za. Hmm I remember that morning is so cool. I take a bath with hot water :) Even i woke up more early, like a litle joging, i run from a place to parked my motorcycle to station. I take the train to reach my office. You know friends? what time is it? That is 06:50 AM. If on schedule, my train to depart at 06:51 AM. Fieuuh..one minutes again I missed the train. Ooh thx God Im not late. Than I buy a ticket...n i wait the train come to station. After I stand...approximately 15 minutes..I realised that the train is late. Oh Nooo....i must come to my office at 08:00 AM. I hear a information from the station, that the train is late and estimated come this station can't predicted. WHATZZZ????! What the h*** it is??? I will be late to my office??No Way. Than I hear a lot of my friends that must be come to her office like me,are going to the other station (primary station in my town) to reach up an executive train. Usually if my train is late, we are allowed to ride any train at the next time,if the train is trough same city. So..i initiative goes to primary station, looking for executive train that will be departure at 07:20 AM. I think, executive train faster than my train, n i will be late, just for a few minutes came to my office(I think it's okay).
So i decided goes to primary train.
I ride motorcycle..n..finally i came to primary station. I run to locket, for checking my ticket and than toward to executive train. After that..i looking for the passenger that same on me..(about destination) n you know what did they say?? Unbelievable...we can't board a train with ticket bussines class (my ticket is categories bussines class).. oh my gossss......f*** them. That is not our fault..but they! Why we can't reach executive train? They said, we can reach that train, but we must buy a ticket again with nominal is the same with executive train destination. What??! That is No Fair. (bisa 10x lipat lebih tuh dari sbelumnya harganya) T.T yawn... So i decided waiting my train...I hear a information from the station, that the train estimated come this station is predicted at 08:00 AM. Im actually LATE!
With No hope :))) Im waiting my train -_-'
Minutes after minutes, i decided to buy a pulse for my mobile phone at ATM, b'coz is really-really empty. In my mind, i will be telling my friends in the office that Im definetely late. But after i came to ATM n do some transaction...my pulse can't enter in my handphone. YAch...really unlucky. So i came back wait the train. Afer a long-long time, my train is coming, N i can goes to my office. But train runs very slow..
Hmm i came to my destination station at 09:30 AM. fieuuh....-_-'
I must goes to my boarding house,for dressing with my uniform n than came to my office. Because time is noon, n Im definetely late, I can't tell My friends,b'coz i have empty pulse, so Im hurry n bring my little bag. That is the first beginning I will be the loss my mobile phone. I ride my motorcycle to my office very fast. My mobile phone have small bag itself, n I put it in front of the motor hook. Hmm...I passed the road, some that is not flat with very fast. And finnaly i came to my office. All my friend asking me,why my late. I just smile n telling them my reason ^_^...after few minutes i realized my mobile phone is gone!!!
Im calling my number is ringing. I think i've left my mobile phone in my boarding house. After that, Im back to my boarding house,looking for my mobile phone n not founding anything. Huft -_-' WHERE IS MY MOBILE PHONE??? I come back to my office again n borrow office mobile phone to call my number in my boarding house. And try to guess..Yapz..I comeback to my boarding house n calling my number again. With my hope,found my mobile phone. And you know friends..I can't hear any ringing. Hiikz....n i down the road to my office, who knows my mobile phone is fall on the road. But Nothing. T.T

My BB cream :)
Hellow again,
Long time No see dear.....:D Well...Im to little bussy yesterday:))). I'am asking to you, about oily face gal's. Have u ever feel u're face is to oily after make up? Even u washed u're face with special soap for oily skin. Well I've been through that. My skin is combination (oily-normal). I often get my face is oily. Even in AC room. I usually, wake up at the morning. Go to bath, wash my face with P****facial wash. After that, i make up with my special morning cream (buy in clinic for dermatologies) and after that I use foundation, before apply a powder. But..you know, even my position in AC room...I found my face is too oily, and you know what I mean...my make up is 'nepsong' ^o^
So im googling, How to make a 'make up' everlasting. And.......you know gal's..i found a product made in Indonesia. The name is BB Cream. ^_^ very love it. It can make my face more smooth and off course not oily again. So before make up, after use a mouisturizer, apply this BB Cream to u're face n u're neck. Just a little,n averaged. After all, use u're powder as usually.
^_^ Well u're face more smooth n make up on u're face guarantee never oily again gal's.

wow..it's too much spyonase ^^

Yesterday I didnt realized that in h*** is too much spyonase ^^....
I think if we nice or be nice to the other...they will do like that. But actually, in realita, it's not like that. Many case that well rewarded by the crime. huft..Im very sad to hear about that -_-' But if we want to reply evil by evil....it is the same as we equate with evil. I dont want to like that. And I hope you dont do like that too. Whatever people said, If we walk to the right way, the truth will be come to us. and I believe that.
Be Nice, Be Positive, and don't forget to watch out u're step. Make sure that u walk to the right way. Okay ^^

The team of researchers from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, as revealed to The Vancouver Sun, recently did some research to find out the differences between men and women as admitting guilt.
In a trial involving 66 volunteers (33 women and 33 men) for two weeks, researchers noted the emotional level of the object of research. When analyzing the results, the experts found a small percentage of male respondents to apologize and plead guilty when faced with conflict.
While the women stated apologize by 35% more often than men. In fact, women tend to be willing to apologize just to defuse the conflict.
Not only that, this study also revealed that the coarse insults often makes a woman can not stand and hurt 30% more than men.
The study authors also found that men's immune to the insult is much higher than women. Their reaction to the sharp attacks tend to be quieter than women, who often react by emotion to violence. Women tend to be more sensitive and irritable, even to someone who does not play a role in their lives though.
The scientists emphasize that the main difference to the admission of guilt in men and women often appear in a romantic relationship. Women are more afraid of hurting their partner, so as to apologize, they are more emotional than men, who tend to be rational and logical to admit his guilt.

LDR...Yes or Not?
For a long...long time...finnaly...cu again.. in this year 2012, Happy New Year :)

Dear friend, well i want to share about a topic...Mmm how abot LDR.
What Do you think about Long Distance Relationship (LDR)? It is nice or not. Well some people mybe say yes, "LDR it doesn't matter as long as there is strong commitment among them". And the other people say..."What???LDR???NoWay...I can't imagine how about my life" Can not together everyday, if I want to share my life or if I have a problem in my day....can not realize the burden on the shoulders of my beloved. Can not talk to you face to face, yeach sometime we can meet, but still can't everyday. Just by a phone??? Ouwgh No...that is so terrible. I can't imagine.
Hmm...this opinion is generally in our communities. But...in my opinion...LDR...it doesn't matter. We have a strong commitment. I believe that he could keep me there, as well as I. I believe that he was not putting my heart, so did I. And last...I believe that God's plan is beautiful, and will come when all will become more beautiful on the day. Amien.

Feel Sick Today
Since yesterday...i felt not so good. A little dizy. Why?? Because moreover my friends at my office has sick..'influenza'. Wew...that make me sick too. At the first is my friend at the reception division. She had headache and ofcourse with flu'. The next day are..Office Boy.. continous until to me. I finnaly sick too. And last night I blocked nose and sneezings. Arrgh...it's so suffer. Hope tomorrow feel good anymore... ^_^v

Still Hate Yesterday!!!
Why...n' Why..n Why....
friend...yesterday is bad day in my ******. You know why? there are have sweeping compt. wew...what so fuckin day. Well actually this compt have a license. But just for big program. But in little program, like antivirus, that we can download for free, most in world wide web... must be have a license too. Wow...hate it...really-really hate it! That make some compt's be confiscated. Hate It!!! Moreover I forgot to copy a important data. Well, actually not so important thing. But that data is support more important data others. Aaaaaaaaargh....headache!!! (-_-'),,

I Really-Really just want to know...
Morning...
Hey all friend...just want to share. Do really a man can Love a woman at the first sight?? Do u think, if a man care about a woman, always asked all about her activities, and something like that, can make sure that a man really fallin in love with that woman? Well i think the answer is.....Maybe NO Maybe YES. I just want to know, if a man talked about futures together, family, kids, marry,etc with this woman, can make this guy is really love her and want live together with her? I really just want to know, 'Are he serious with what all about he said?' I really confused, if this guy...want to serious with woman, why he always remember or just keep in all anything gifts his ex-girlfriend and show that gifts to this woman. I really-really don't understand with that habits. That i know with this habits is....he can't forget his ex-girl. And that's make this woman afraid. Afraid that his heart can't the only one for this woman. A half for this woman and another half again for his ex-girl. That is really-really make this woman AFRAID and SO SAD. I hope that a man not like that. I hope that a man, really-really make all his heart just the only one for this woman. And happy ending forever.

Wake Up Man!!!
Dear Story...
I have a friend...He is very atractive, he can hundle all his activity, at least it was. Why I said 'It Was'? Because this time, he wasnt like that. All his activity are unfinishised, he always depressed, just because he is broken heart. Wow...I thought he always powerfull, with his power as a man. Everyday, I see he smile and said that he is a handsome, many people especially woman, he can conguer. That time, I just smile. I think, well maybe u're lucky man ^_^ But in reality, now u just....not more a hesitate...a depressed man just beacuse a woman. I know because he is my friend. This day..he said 'A'....but in next day...he said 'B' or 'C' even 'Z'. you know what I mean. He is so labil...Ouw my friend..Wake Up!!! I want you like it was. I always pray to you, that u can happy with u're life, with someone else that can make u happy, have a good work, not despair...and not broken heart anymore. God Bless You always...
