Theme for outbound is MOTIVATION
On 11'May 2013 me n my Office Friend's had to outbound at Kemuning, Tawangmangu, because my office birthday. My office is futures brokerage firm and have many branch in Indonesia.
Start on saturday morning, 07.00 O'clock. I have to gather in the office. We ride a bus from Office Central of Java. From my office, used 2 bus. But reality, few person ride to outbound location (Kemuning) by car. It's okay, that's not reduce the hoopla event :D
Start from office approximately at 07.00 AM and we arrived at Kemuning 09.00 AM.
And than for START OPENING we treated pure tea, drink green beans and bread. So yummiii ^_^
After that...Ready To Gooo outbound event......:D
First time, we have GAME OPENING
Operator explained with hand gestures and we are required to mimic the hand movements. Simple but it can not be easily done. Having done many times finally it could be .. Hurray \(^o^)/
And than 2nd game, we have to choose,outbound operator choice between answer A and B .... if we choose A we had to be left side and we choose answer B, we had to right side. For example, If you wanna salary...please on the right side, and if u choose commision, u had to left side. It turns out, that choosing much more than the commission chose salary. Reasonable given that our office is mostly marketing than staf. My boz just shaking his head :D (that marketing work to commision and staf working to salary, natural law) hehehe.
Many game's we did it, and the last game is...FLYING FOX..wow :))) I'm very love it. That's my first time try to flying fox. I put on a hook, and walked towards a building rate for flying fox. I high up the ladder and an officer put a hook on the ropes. Heart-pounding moment, then there is a pleasant sensation..YAY...cihuuuy...I Slid.....very very spectacular.....b(^o^)d
After that all game, we singing happy birthday together, cut cone, light a candle. Take a picture (not forget :D) and after that we're on the bus..ready back to my Office again.
Traveling from Kemuning Outbound to my office takes a long time, because not specially tourism bus that we were on, but the general route bus in ordered by our office, then on the way back to walk through a specially bus (not urban roads). Though the road to further. From kemuning at 06.00 PM until my office again at 09.30 PM. Fieuuh...long time....but but it did not dampen our fun at that day.
